Built for African NPOs and philanthropies

Screen your partners in minutes. Prove it to your donors.

Check vendors, sub-grantees, staff and board members against UN, OFAC, EU, UK and African lists, with matching tuned for African names.

No card needed. Results are decision support, not legal clearance.

Evidence your donor can verify

Due diligence should not depend on luck

The lists are free. The hard part is a simple, affordable workflow you can defend.

Manual Googling

Searching names one by one misses aliases and spelling variants, and leaves no record a donor or bank will accept.

Bank-priced tools

Enterprise screening tools are priced for banks, not for a programme officer's grant budget line.

Missing local lists

Global tools rarely cover Kenyan, South African or Nigerian domestic designations, or handle African naming conventions.

How it works

  1. 1. Screen

Enter a name or upload your partner list. Matching runs on our servers against the latest official lists.

  2. 2. Review

Each potential match explains why it matched. A second person approves every decision: the four-eyes control auditors expect.

  3. 3. Report

Download a branded, tamper-evident certificate with a verification QR code for your donor or bank.

Sources and freshness

We build our screening index from official lists. Each result records exactly which version of each list it searched.

Built for Africa

Designed with programme and finance officers across the continent.

  • African name matching

Mohamed, Mohammed and Mohamud; Somali patronymics; Ethiopian naming; Arabic and Ge'ez scripts; titles like Alhaji, Mzee and Sheikh.

  • Local list coverage

African domestic lists alongside UN, OFAC, EU and UK, each with its freshness shown.

  • Mobile-friendly

Works on mid-range Android phones and patchy connections.

  • Data protection

Designed for Kenya's Data Protection Act, Nigeria's NDPA and South Africa's POPIA.

Security and audit

Encryption

Identifiers, dates of birth and decision notes are encrypted at rest. All traffic uses TLS.

Tamper-evident audit trail

Every action is hash-chained and sealed daily, so any change is detectable without trusting us.

Data residency

Hosted in the European Union, with in-country hosting available for bespoke builds.

Frequently asked questions

Is this legal clearance?

No. Results are decision support. The platform finds and explains potential matches; your team decides, and every decision is documented and reviewed by a second person.

What does FATF Recommendation 8 mean for us?

Recommendation 8 asks for risk-based, proportionate measures for non-profits. It does not treat NPOs or beneficiaries as suspects. Screening your partners proportionately, and recording why, is what it expects.

Which lists do you search?

The UN Security Council Consolidated List, OFAC, the EU and UK lists, African domestic lists such as Kenya's, and licensed enrichment data. See Sources and freshness for live status.

What happens to the names we screen?

Your organisation remains the data controller and we act as your processor. Names are never sent to analytics, and trial searches are deleted after 90 days.

What do I get in the free trial?

Five single-name searches after you verify your email, with full explanations and a watermarked sample report.

Why are prices not listed?

Our finance team tailors bundles to NPO budgets and grant budget lines. Request pricing and we reply within two working days.
